We experienced an auto accident caused by the other driver. It shook up my wife and I as we worked through the claim-filing process in the parking lot. Our insurer arranged for the tow. Recently I was evacuated from work and home due to wild fires. Upon leaving the area i ran into car troubles as well as it being my birthday, scared and troubled not knowing what to do next i called Kings towing. From the moment the gal answered the phone i felt at ease, she was very kind and told me the driver shod be to me within the hour, it was incrediblyhhot that day. As i started to sit and wait feeling sorry for myself. The gentleman pulled up at my surprise it was lessthan fifteen minutes. He was very knowledgable and was very reassuring. I locked myself out of my car and my insurance collaborates with King Towing. Jesse from King towing had called to make sure I was where I was. He arrived in a timely manner. My wait time was supposed to be an hour, but from the time I called my insurance company to the time Jesse left it was a maximum of 45 minutes. He was extremely friendly and had a positive attitude. It made my start of a bad day turn around good! It was the first time I had ever locked myself out of my car and it was on Labor Day! Jesse rocked! Thank you!
